January is surprisingly a tough month. Most people would assume because of the New Year’s resolutions people would eat better. Contrary to what most believe this month is where people use the most excuses. Instructors who give Maryland Jujitsu classes don’t like it when people use January to say they will start dieting later. They’ll start eating right later, maybe next month. February will be the true beginning of their New Year’s resolution. There are a lot of excuses that people use in January that delays them from starting their body transformation now.
